Föerster Technik Milk Collector 

  • The MilkCollector is located directly in the milking parlor or at the calf milk separation outlet of the milking robots.
  • It continuously collects the fresh milk from the relevant cows and transports the milk directly to the SmartTank in the calf barn via a Teflon tube that is up to 100 meters long and only 12 mm thin.
  • This is done via an integrated control system.
  • After each fresh milk transfer, the MilkCollector and the milk pipe are automatically rinsed with water and blown dry with pulsating compressed air.
  • The MilkCollector is then clean again and ready for the next milk transfer.

Föerster Technik SmartTank

  • The SmartTank is located in the calf barn by the automatic feeder.
  • The milk is temporarily stored here at 4-6°C.
  • The cooling system works intelligently to prevent residual quantities from freezing.
  • The milk stays fresh for a long time.
  • The calves like it.
  • The SmartTank ensures the highest quality of fresh milk until the animals call for it.
  • It is fully integrated into the automatic cleaning system of the VARIO smart automatic feeder.
  • This means cleaning with hot water and two rinsing agents using the complete control system of the automatic feeder, saving you up to 30 minutes of working time every day.
  • A SmartTank with a filling volume of 100 l or300 l is available, depending on the size of the farm.
