Key Responsibilities
- Parts Specialist: Supporting team members and customers with all spare parts needs across the Grand River Robotics product portfolio.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing service van restock orders and customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Conducting stock takes (cycle counts), updating inventory records in systems, investigating discrepancies, and managing stock rotation.
- Receiving & Storing: Unloading and unpacking deliveries, checking items against orders, labeling, and storing stock safely.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintaining general upkeep by organizing and ensuring a clean and safe work area; may include operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Shipping: Preparing shipping labels, coordinating with couriers, and loading outgoing shipments.
- Warranty Processing: Submitting warranty claims and preparing return shipments
Essential Skills
- Attention to Detail: Critical for accuracy in counting, picking, and data entry.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the Grand River Robotics product portfolio and proficiency in using parts manuals and portals for spare parts identification.
- Organization: Ability to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to move and handle goods safely.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and data entry.
- Communication: Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and resolving issues effectively.

Range of Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 starting pay.
